I've run product at a startup, set the roadmap, prioritized against real revenue goals, managed a small team, and made the calls when strategy and reality didn't agree. If you need someone who's actually done the job, not just advised on it, that's what I bring.

I've taken a company from a broader, unproven idea down to a focused product a client would actually pay for. I know what that narrowing process takes because I've lived through it, not just studied it.

Good product design doesn't stop at the interface, it's understanding how people actually work. I've designed for scale, tools used across cities, products used by millions, and the systems behind them have to hold up in daily use.

I've built an AI native product from the ground up, not bolted AI onto something after the fact. I can tell you honestly when AI is the right call and when it's not, because I've had to make that call with real budget on the line.

Prototype to production

I've worked as the sole frontend engineer at a startup, where every design decision I made, I also had to build. If you need someone who can take a prototype and actually ship it, that's not theoretical for me, it's something I've done repeatedly.

About me

Origin

Hi, I'm Victor. Over 15+ years I've led product, design, and engineering, most recently as founder and CPO of an AI-native analytics startup, where I set the direction and also build the product myself.

Approach

I bring a founder's mindset that goes beyond design. I look for the real value first, engineer only what earns its cost, and build with the company in mind.

Philosophy

I get excited about products using design to push the boundaries of interaction. The best experiences come from solving something real in a way nobody's quite solved before, inside an established product when it serves the user, or from scratch when it doesn't exist yet.

What's next

I'm invested in how AI is reshaping the way people interact with products, the shifts in human behavior it's driving, and the next generation of communication that comes out of it.
